Here are my sons meals yesterday.
For breakfast he had -
1. some fruit
2. Banana, oatmeal, and pumpkin cookies
3. Beet pancakes with full fat, plain yogurt (not a big hit with the yogurt)
Sweet potato and bean nuggets and green beans with carrots. Most of the green beans ended up on the floor, but he had about three helpings of carrots (about one and a half carrots). He also ate a plum and some dates afterwards
Dinner was very small. He had some of the meat that I prepared and a few pieces of carrot and potato. I also offered him a piece of bread with cashew butter, which he actually did eat. He ate a lot for lunch and breakfast though, and was very ready for bed when dinner was being served.
