This isn't quite the Toddler related post I usually share on Tuesday, but I have a delicious new recipe! It's so easy, and so tasty, I couldn't help but share with you guys! Plus, this dish contains two of my favourite ingredients - spinach and sweet potatoes!
I am usually quite lazy when it comes to breakfast. If you've seen any of my What I Ate Wednesday posts, you'll know that my usual routine is a green smoothie with a hard boiled egg on the side. For that to get replaced, I really need to make something that is still quick - and I'm talking about 5 minutes of work- quick.
This breakfast bowl is not only seriously fast to prepare, but it's also a great way to warm up in the mornings. Plus, it's tasty, so of course there's that!
