I've been failing at capturing a full day of meals this week. Not that I think there would be too much interesting content there. I mean, do you really want to keep seeing the same smoothie over and over? I'm thinking no. So today, I'm sharing a look into some dinners that I've prepared 'lately' or rather some of our favourite eats and random meals:
Red peppers and pork chops
This was really, really delicious. I'm actually surprised that I loved it as much as I did. Since my pregnancy with Mr. Toddler, I have taken a dislike of red peppers (not the spicy kind, but the sweeter kind). I still make stuffed peppers occasionally, but besides a few very specific dishes, I no longer enjoy them. Weeiird.
Paleo meat loaf
This main was definitely an easy one to put together - ground meat and vegetables, in the oven, and serve! It was definitely delicious and a simple way to sneak in an extra serving of vegetables for my kiddo. Nom.
I just had to share this again. I'm seriously obsesssedddd.
I'm also still loving tea. My coffee addiction has returned full swing, too, but in between those mugs of way too strong black coffee, I am sipping on my fall spiced tea.
