Free Printable African Animal Cards

Happy Friday everyone! Today, I am sharing a very simple post - a sort of freebie and preview of what's to come next week! We're starting a short introduction to Africa in Tot School/Homeschool preschool.

FREE African Animal 3 part cards {Welcome to Mommyhood} #montessori, #freeprintables

This is something that I am personally very excited about! But I have also struggled with where to begin and how to set up these works. I don't know if I have mentioned it before, but I actually have a masters degree in International Relations and am a total geek for history. I love learning about countries, cultures, international law, etc.

So unpacking the entire continent of Africa? You guys - I was actually a little overwhelmed. I mean, where to begin? What to explain? Plus for a two year old?

The inspiration for this theme however was interest led. Mr. Toddler loved our Cat themed works and has been asking about lions and alligators frequently. We did an Arctic unit and Mr. Toddler just had so much fun learning about the different arctic animals.

So! Drawing upon inspiration from my kiddo, I put together African Animal 3 Part Cards! Next week (on Friday), I will also be sharing a compilation of the remaining works we used with this theme as well as explaining how we use these cards in my home!
