Meal Plan: Healthy & Paleo

I kind of realised the super bowl starts in February (right?). I have a confession to make - I never once watched it in all the time I lived in the US. 

Gasp, shock, moving on. No longer living in the US, I actually kind of miss it in a weird sort of way. The idea sounds fun, but I don't really like American football. Or 'European' football. Or very many sports. Whoops. 

But given that I'm also super nostalgic about everything US and Russia themed (my two backgrounds) now that I'm living in the Netherlands, I have this strange desire to eat a bunch of crisps and have a superbowl party. Not going to happen any time soon, but I did draw some inspiration in my meal plan from some meals I enjoyed when I lived in the US.

Meatloaf with loaded mashed potatoes  
Cauliflower sausage soup with a salad 
Oven baked fajitas 
Paleo chili served on sweet potato fries 
Butternut squash stew 
Someone else cooks 

Breakfasts and Lunches

Baked eggs + other goodies
Mini meatballs to snack on
Salmon 'burgers'
Hash browns with eggs Bacon-butternut squash kale mini frittatas that sound amazing via My Healthy, Happy Home
