Healthy, family friendly meal plan

It's still cold here. I'm ready for summer. Really, really, really ready. This winter hasn't been too terrible with snow and freezing temperatures, but it has been all over the place. From warm, to freezing, to thawed on repeat. 

And Mr. Toddler has been sick repeatedly from January on and I am so ready for the weather to warm up, and him to hopefully get back to normal. 

I am beyond ready for all of that outdoor play! 

Because Mr. Toddler wasn't feeling well last week, I got to spend a lot of time cuddling on the couch with my sniffly little man, and not too much time in the kitchen. This week, I'm trying to get back to my routine and get some leftovers going! Here's what's on the menu:

Paleo Butter Chicken and Paleo Naan... OH YEAH.

Husband cooks shrimp (craving!) with a veggie bowl that I'll make (carry over)
Burgers with lettuce buns and a big ole salad
