So breakfast? It's never really been my thing, but when Mr. Toddler prepares it? Well, that's a whole different story!

These toddler prepared egg bites are so easy to prepare that even with my injury, we can whip them up quickly and are lucky enough to have tons of delicious left overs to save future time in the kitchen! They're perfect for breakfast or just munching on throughout the day!

Alligator themed toddler and preschool activities

Guess what! Guess what! Guess what! I finally am getting back to the swing of making printables, setting up trays, and actually photographing them and blogging about it! Here are my first photos that I have taken since my accident and the first set of trays that I managed to set up at the centre!

I can't wait to bring the rest of my ideas that have been on hold to life! For now, here's what I have done with the alligator printables I shared last week!

Rehabilitation centre WIAW

It's been quite some time since I've shared a What I Ate Wednesday post. I'm still dealing with my recovery and still will be spending at least two months at a rehabilitation centre working on physical therapy, waiting for my body to heal and get stronger so that I will be able to take care of my family (and myself) again once I am home.

It is such a hard journey folks, and I'll probably be posting a general update. For now, I'll keep things light and food related because food is pretty awesome, right? Yep! It is.

Preschool activities: All about alligators printables

Mr. Toddler has been loving alligators lately! He frequently asks questions about them and gets very excited when he sees them in books, on television, on his clothes, etc. For today's freebie, I am equally as excited to share my newest printable pack - consisting of assorted alligator themed printables!

These were all inspired by my little man, which means that I am very eager to get them out to you! Today, you can download your own freebies, and soon, I can demonstrate the creative ways in which we set up Mr. Toddler's Alligator themed shelves at my rehabilitation centre now that I am more mobile after my injury!

And finally, here you go - our alligator themed preschool (and toddler) printables!

Tips for going on a nature walk with a toddler

One of my favourite springtime activities to do with my toddler is to go on nature walks. These are such a wonderful way to bring in some one on one time into our days. They're a wonderful way to connect to nature. They're a wonderful way to connect to each other!
