Paleo Meal Plan Once again

My husband asked if I can cook paleo again. Yes, I fear am I excited for going back to very healthy, very filling, real food again. We do generally eat healthy, but ever since my injury, I haven't been cooking as much, and certainly not paleo. Not that I don't miss it. I miss eating it very much, just not the time in the kitchen. 

Well, due to the husband's request, I decided now is as good a time as any to return to blogging about our food, cooking, meals, and meal plans.

This week, I planned recipes that can either be reworked into meals the next days, as well as several that can go in the freezer. I do look forward to these meals, as well as hopefully getting a bit more energy back.
