Books about space for kids

Y has been loving our space theme! The kiddo has asked me for more and more activities to go up on the shelves for this theme and we've dragged it out over 2 weeks!

I have to admit, I'm a sucker for a good theme and this space one definitely 'hit the spot' for both of us! I was so excited to see Y fascinated with images of the moon, our craters experiments, and counting asteroids with sandpaper numbers.

This really was such a fun and educational unit! To enhance the learning, I like to get books from the library that fit with our themed units. Here are our recommendations for our space theme!

Psst! Be sure to stop by next week to checkout the exact works we did and the hands on learning activities Y loved!
